At Megger, Megger is committed to empowering Megger's teams through data-driven solutions. Megger's Data and Technology team plays a pivotal role in supporting global users and continuously refining Megger's CX platforms, including SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, and SAP Enable Now.
Responsibilities
- Ensure data within CX solutions maintains high integrity, relevancy, and enrichment.
- Adhere to data governance protocols, ensuring proper file management and naming conventions.
- Prepare load files for CX platforms, organizing and ensuring information readiness for entry.
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams globally, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Sort, clean, and merge data records, resolving inconsistencies to maintain data quality.
- Identify and propose business process improvements to drive system adoption.
- Maintain impeccable records and ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Advanced MS Excel skills, confident in handling large data sets using various formulas.
- Experience with relational databases and managing large-scale datasets.
- Knowledge of data protection principles and best practices in information sharing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
