LGH Hotel Management Ltd is looking for a driven and passionate Chef De Partie to join LGH Hotel Management Ltd's busy team at the extremely popular BABA Restaurant in Edinburgh!

BABA restaurant sits within Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and is an exciting mix of mezze, charcoal grill dishes and a unique cocktail and wine list. Popular with both locals and those from far-and-wide visiting Edinburgh, LGH Hotel Management Ltd can host between 250 and 400 covers a night.

Job Overview: As a Chef De Partie, you will be contracted to 40 hours per week guaranteed, spaced over 3 and a half days, giving you more days off to spend doing what you love. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment, plating up to 1000 dishes a night with a team of up to 5 chefs each shift.

Responsibilities:

• Availability to work 40 hours over 3 to 4 shifts (starts from 9am and finishes up to 11pm).
• Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and experience working in various sections of the kitchen.
• Experience as a CDP in a 4/5* Hotel or restaurant (ideally 2 years minimum).
• City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent.
• Drive to produce results, working collaboratively to provide personal experiences for guests.
• A warm personality with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
