Salary: up to £40,000 (depending on experience)
Job Purpose: This role supports the development, delivery, and management of employee communications channels, projects, and campaigns to enhance strategic projects and priorities. It emphasizes innovative communication strategies to drive engagement and improve business performance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support in the delivery of employee communications plans through various channels.
- Recommend innovative approaches by evaluating campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with third-party suppliers and agencies.
- Manage internal distribution for effective dissemination of communications.
- Oversee communications assets to maintain consistent messaging.
- Handle distribution of communication collateral across selected channels.
Key Interfaces:
- Report to the Head of Employee Communications & Engagement.
- Engage with senior managers to align internal communications with organizational strategies.
- Partner with HR, Marketing, and other key functions for business goals.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Exceptional writing skills with a track record of high-quality content creation.
- Experience with digital platforms for internal communications.
- Proficient in project management and effective communication.
- Proven ability to develop and evaluate employee communications plans.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with various communication channels and techniques.
- Ability to identify and address communications opportunities proactively.
- Understanding of different editorial styles across media.
Experience:
- Experience in managing employee communications projects in customer-facing environments.
- Experience implementing communications in large organizations.
