Overview

Join Barclays as a Cyber Fraud Purple Team Analyst, where you'll spearhead the evolution of Barclays's digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. In this role, you will be an integral part of Barclays's Cyber Fraud Fusion Center, delivering scalable CFFC services to disrupt and prevent upstream economic crime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain solutions to safeguard the bank's systems and sensitive information.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on security systems and engineering patterns.
  • Develop and implement protocols, algorithms, and software applications to protect sensitive data and systems.
  • Manage and protect secrets, ensuring they are securely generated, stored, and used.
  • Conduct audits to monitor, identify, and assess vulnerabilities in the bank's infrastructure/software.
  • Collaborate with developers and security teams to align cryptographic solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management solutions and systems.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of fraud root cause analysis, investigations, and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience in participating in table-top threat assessments or simulations.
  • Ability to self-motivate and organize time effectively to achieve objectives.
  • Professional communication skills to engage with audiences at all levels.
  • Experience working in highly regulated sectors and knowledge of cyber-fraud intelligence collection.
  • Recognized industry qualifications and experience working within Red and/or Purple teams.
