Salary: £40,000 - £46,000 per annum

Requirements/Qualifications:

• A recognised industry qualification is required, along with previous experience.
• Appropriate Combustion/Gas/Oil Qualifications.
• ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas Qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1, COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CDGA1, TPCP1, COCNG, LP1PD.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Ensure all PPMs are carried out according to maintenance specifications and documented in real time using the PDA.
• Update customers CAFM system in real time with completion times and descriptions of works undertaken.
• Ensure reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Identify and record all plant failures using quotation forms and document within the CAFM system.
• Ensure plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain serviceable order.
