Overview

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role within Kingsley Healthcare's care team, addressing the daily needs of Kingsley Healthcare's residents. This position involves conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching support workers to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Recognize and facilitate the daily needs of residents.
• Maintain the personal care needs of residents, ensuring their dignity and promoting independence.
• Conduct supervisions and appraisals for support workers.
• Participate in care planning processes.

Skills and Attributes

• Previous experience in a senior care role.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Empathetic and caring nature.

Education and Qualifications

• You will have, or be working towards, NVQ3 in Health & Social Care.
