Conductors work closely with the On Train team and other colleagues to ensure a world-class customer experience.
What is the job:
As a Conductor, you'll be responsible for the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be an ambassador for Great Western Railway by ensuring the best customer experience.
- Provide information and assistance in a friendly manner.
- Manage the safety and operational activities of the train.
- Check and sell tickets, offering help as needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant environment.

Job Location:
This position is based at Reading station, close to local amenities.
Shift Patterns:
Shifts will include early starts and late finishes, with an average of 35 hours per week.
