Grade 4 Salary: £29,139 - £31,440 per annum, 12 Month Fixed Term/Secondment Opportunity.

The role of a caretaker is vital in maintaining a safe and secure environment for estate residents. Responsibilities include daily visits to estates to ensure cleanliness and address resident queries and complaints effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the estate.
• Act as a contact point for residents, addressing issues promptly.
• Report and resolve maintenance issues swiftly.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to adapt to various needs and methods of communication.
• Experience in cleaning duties and self-management.
