The successful candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal skills that enable them to be an integral part of the management team in a dynamic and innovative manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and managerial leadership and support to all multi-disciplinary and clerical staff.
  • Assist with the management of resources in the clinical area within the agreed budget.
  • Manage staff performance and development through constructive performance reviews and personal development plans.
  • Lead a safe and productive team.
  • Ensure all staff have received relevant training and statutory updates regarding mandatory training, including COSHH, Health and Safety, Infection Control Policy, Resuscitation, Moving and Handling, and Fire Safety.
  • Contribute to local policy-making within the agreed Trust strategy and implement changes when necessary.
  • Monitor and investigate incidents within the area, implementing necessary actions to reduce risk.
