Your role will involve creating and delivering dynamic and inclusive learning experiences that not only boost confidence and essential skills but also empower individuals to take meaningful steps towards further education or career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the community and work closely with various stakeholders.
- Ensure that the courses delivered are relevant and impactful.
- Address unique challenges faced by individuals in Middlesbrough and the Tees Valley.
- Support parents and carers to enhance their contributions to their children's education.
- Promote health and wellbeing initiatives that benefit the wider community.
