Key responsibilities:

• Meeting and surpassing sales/delivery targets
• Generating new accounts, creating, and presenting project tenders
• Maintaining a kitchen order bank
• Attending site visits to build and obtain relationships
  
• Identifying opportunities for further growth within the trade team

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

To be successful you will need:

• Kitchen sales/design experience
• Experience in the trade or home build market
• Experience in surpassing sales targets and meeting key KPIs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• To be comfortable working in a challenging, dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with your working hours and practice
