Complaints Officer

Overview

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Complaints Officer to join Herefordshire Council's team at Plough Lane, Hereford. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring issues are promptly identified and directed to the appropriate department.

• Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the department's operations.
• Liaise with various departments across the organization to facilitate effective resolution of customer concerns.
