Cutting Operative

Overview

Pilgrim's Europe have exciting opportunities for Cutting Operatives to join Pilgrim's Europe's team at Pilgrim's Europe - Spalding!

Successful candidates will be required to work in Pilgrim's Europe's Cutting Department, undertaking manual handling tasks, operating equipment, and cutting meat to desired specifications once trained.

This role does not require previous experience; candidates who wish to become Skilled Knife Operatives will be provided with full support and training to achieve their goal!

• Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent/Direct
• Shift: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 05:30 - 15:00 including 2 breaks

Responsibilities:

• Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications.
• Carry out work to meet production deadlines.
• Seek training to maintain skills and stay updated with best practices.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and take responsibility for your work.
• Comply with Company policies, Health & Safety, and Food Safety Standards at all times.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned to meet business needs.

Previous experience in a Food Production Environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
