About the Role

For the Chair of People and Customer Experience Committee vacancy, Cardiff Community Housing Association is looking to strengthen Cardiff Community Housing Association's Board by recruiting individuals with experience in the following areas:

• Customer service and experience within a social housing context
• Repairs maintenance and asset management background
• Demonstrable skills within customer transformation

The purpose of this role is to chair a Committee of Cardiff Community Housing Association (CCHA). The Chair will provide support to Committee Chairs in their strategic leadership to the Board and the organization, ensuring it is effectively managed for the benefit of its Shareholders and the residents of Cardiff.
