CNC Operator/Warehouse Person

Lusso Systems is a manufacturer of top-quality glazed partitioning systems. Lusso Interiors Ltd is seeking a CNC Operator/Warehouse Person to work out of Lusso Interiors Ltd's factory in Nailsea, Bristol. This position offers a great work/life balance within a family-run business.

Overview

This is a varied role, mainly operating Elumatec CNC milling and drilling machines while also carrying out warehouse duties.

Main Duties Include:

• Operating Elumatec CNC machines.
• Changing broken/worn tooling as required and resetting tooling.
• Operating manual machines (milling machine, lathe, band saw, circular saw, etc.).
• Stock picking.
• Ensuring all paperwork is completed and up to date.
• Loading/unloading of materials and components.
• Observing good general housekeeping standards.
• Adhering to all Company Health & Safety Policies.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of CNC operations.
• Attention to detail.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent time-keeping.
• Commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Mechanical knowledge.
• Well-motivated.

Please note that this role may involve some heavy lifting and tasks related to order picking, packaging, loading, and unloading.
