An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Clinical Psychologist/Counselling Psychologist to join the newly developed age inclusive place-based Primary Care Integrated Mental Health Hub (PCIMHH) within Rotherham. This team is part of local and national transformation to increase access for mental health support.
As part of the PCIMHH, you would be clinically led by the principal clinical psychologist and part of a significant group of psychological professionals, including Clinical Psychologists, CBT, and Mental Health Wellbeing Practitioners. Close collaboration with VCSE organisations and Social Care is essential to meet the needs of service users with complex needs.
Main Duties
- Provide clinical psychology support to dedicated Primary Care Networks (PCN).
- Conduct psychological assessment, formulation, and brief interventions.
- Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies in line with NICE guidance.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Post-graduate training (doctoral level equivalent) in clinical/counselling/forensic psychology.
- Experience as an applied psychologist across various client groups and care settings.
- Knowledge of NICE guidance interventions for mental health difficulties.
Desirable
- Experience in primary and community mental health transformation within the NHS.
