Cleaner, Part-time role

Overview

Job Description:

South Cambridgeshire District Council is recruiting for two permanent part-time Cleaners to join the Facilities Management team. You will be based at South Cambridgeshire District Council's Cambourne Office, ensuring a clean and comfortable working environment for all building users, including staff, tenants, Members, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the South Cambs Hall Building to a high standard.
• Demonstrate a positive image of the Facilities Management Team.
• Work collaboratively with team members and independently as required.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all building users.

Shift Patterns:

• 1 Morning Cleaner - 07:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
• 1 Afternoon Cleaner - 14:15 p.m. - 18:15 p.m.

Please note that there may be some flexibility with shift pattern hours which can be discussed further during the interview stage. Overtime may also be available based on service delivery requirements.

• Good communication skills are essential due to the customer-facing nature of the role.
