About the Role

The school has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cleaner to join Cognita Schools's fantastic team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a background in cleaning, with enthusiasm, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in schools or cleaning in various settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the cleanliness of designated areas and maintaining high standards.
• Taking initiative in cleaning tasks beyond the established rota as necessary.
• Liaising with the Operations Manager and other staff to ensure the cleaning rota functions smoothly around school events.
• Reporting on cleaning supplies requirements and stock levels to the Operations Manager.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and general procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to meet cleaning standards and school objectives.
• Reporting any health and safety issues to the Operations Manager, teachers, and caretakers.
