Overview

This role is critical for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in West Sussex County Council - Schools's school hall and swimming pool areas. Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the school hall and swimming pool areas.
• Work Monday to Friday from 6 am to 8:30 am during term time.
• Undertake additional cleaning duties during school holidays.
• Adhere to safe cleaning practices, including chemical handling and disposal.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience, especially in a school or similar setting, is preferred.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations related to swimming pools and public spaces.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently.

Salary and Benefits

Grade 3; points 3-4, £11.79 - £11.98 per hour.
