Here at Advinia Healthcare, Advinia Health Care is looking for a Customer Relations Manager at Advinia Health Care's Bishops Cleeve Care Home in Cheltenham. This role will report directly to Advinia Health Care's Group National Sales Manager. Advinia Health Care seek a dynamic, high-energy, and results-driven individual with sector experience and a proven track record in filling new build care homes. This is a fantastic opportunity in a beautiful new state-of-the-art care home where there is high potential to earn based on a lucrative incentive scheme.
Key Facts
The successful candidate should have a good understanding of Bishop Cleeve and the surrounding area, along with excellent contacts with Health Care Professionals, Community Contacts, and Commissioning Managers to hit the ground running. This is a single-site role with potential for multi-site opportunities if successful in filling the home.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Home Manager and home team to achieve or exceed occupancy and average weekly fee targets.
- Collaborate with the National Sales Manager and Marketing teams to devise a robust marketing plan and submit agreed key KPI reports.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, managing the enquiry/referral process from generation to closure, including show rounds, assessments, and discussions of care services.
- Ensure that the customer experience remains consistent in quality and empathy, with all actions carried out promptly.
- Promote and raise the profile of the home in the local community through newsworthy stories and targeted advertising opportunities.
- Lead local marketing activities and develop community engagement programs.
- Run home events to attract key stakeholders and prospective clients, showcasing the home and its unique selling points.
- Provide guidance, training, and support for the home's team members to ensure effective customer engagement.
- Build and maintain a contact list of key local stakeholders and take part in relevant local external events for networking opportunities.
- Establish a Health Care Professional database of key contacts and promote bed vacancies to drive targeted referrals.
- Ensure the home has a presence on all LA contract bed frameworks to maximize purchasing opportunities.
- Identify and build partnerships with key referral partnerships such as Trusted Care and Autumnia.
- Aim to achieve and exceed all sales KPIs.
