Your Team

As a Retail Team Member, you will support the Shop Manager and your teammates, ensuring a remarkable shop experience through collaboration and teamwork.

The Role

• Offer remarkable service, prioritizing the customer above all else.
• Use your knowledge to help customers with menu planning and catering advice.
• Maintain an immaculate shop environment, ensuring cleanliness and restocking.
• Operate the till efficiently and accurately.
• Understand shop paperwork and necessary legal checks.
• Manage shop opening and closing, including cashing up.
• Assist with deliveries and stock taking as required.
• Present yourself well with an apron and name badge at all times.

Good to Have

While experience is not necessary, previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus. If you're passionate about food, that’s fantastic; Cook Trading Limited will train you to understand Cook Trading Limited's products and their origins.
