Overview

Position Overview: To be responsible for the day-to-day activities of Client Service along with the team, serving the needs of a growing client base across EMEA and LatAm. Work closely with client coverage teams to support clients throughout their full life cycle, ensuring all requirements are met.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all client reporting and servicing needs are delivered in accordance with client’s requirements.
  • Onboard new accounts across UCITS funds, Private fund vehicles, and separate accounts.
  • Understand clients’ investment objectives and portfolio strategies.
  • Act as an internal advocate for clients; liaise with portfolio management and support teams.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with clients to ensure all servicing needs are met.
  • Support clients with regulatory reporting requirements across geographies.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal support teams.
  • Manage team projects to enhance client service procedures.

Key Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience with equity and fixed income strategies; knowledge of alternatives preferred.
  • Extensive experience in UCITS fund onboarding and queries.
  • Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
  • Team player, highly motivated, organized, and creative.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
