As a Customer Service Assistant (Duty Supervisor) at Scotmid Co-operative, you will play a vital role in serving Scotmid Food's local communities and enhancing everyday lives. Role Overview

The aim of Scotmid Food is to become Scotland’s preferred community convenience retailer, and you will be essential in achieving this goal through your dedication and hard work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Perform a variety of tasks, including preparing and serving products such as raw and cooked meat, alcohol, and allergenic foods.
• Maintain high standards of product availability and hygiene.
• Handle lifting, carrying, stock merchandising, and cleaning duties.
• Act as a key-holder, responsible for opening and closing the store.
• Ensure store standards are maintained, and safety regulations are followed.

Skills and Experience
