Overview

My client is looking for customer service professionals to be the first point of contact, providing an excellent customer experience at all times. You will be responsible for offering proactive solutions for any issues or concerns that the customer might face following a purchase.

Main Duties

  • Providing excellent customer experiences at all times
  • Understanding the customers' requirements and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues
  • Verifying and updating customers' information on a CRM system
  • Proactively offering solutions to customer issues
  • Escalating to the 2nd line case management team where appropriate
  • Taking ownership of the customer experience and following through
  • Working to a high degree of accuracy

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
  • Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of using the internet and email
  • Possess necessary listening and communication skills required to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Flexible and resilient
