What will you do:
Provide GREAT customer service:
- Provide a warm, welcoming environment to students, parents, and visitors to your buildings.
- Reply to phone calls and emails in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
- Monitor the booking system and deal with any follow-up bookings.
Get Creative:
- Assist with marketing campaigns and lettings of the building, and help with site viewings.
- Support management in organizing social events for students.
Take Lead:
- Collate, control, and manage Purchase Orders and Invoices.
- Establish and develop working relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Work with university accommodation teams to ensure a quality service to Hello Student Management Limited's clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in providing excellent customer service.
- Experience in sales or increasing revenue in current or previous roles is desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation.
