As a Customer Success Associate, you will be integral to ensuring exceptional customer service through the Mylo journey. Your role will involve:

Responsibilities

  • Delivering an excellent customer service experience.
  • Managing customer escalations via digital chat and email.
  • Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with delivery models including Jira.
  • Problem-solving abilities and process improvement skills.

Knowledge Needed

  • Understanding of Pension products (SIPP, GPP).
  • Familiarity with platform technology solutions.
  • Awareness of legislative and compliance issues.

Experience Essential

  • Experience in a platform environment.
  • Ability to support customers in a digital environment.
  • Participation in requirement gathering discussions.
