Selfridges is a place where the Christmas magic comes alive, and Selfridges is looking for passionate individuals to join Selfridges's team. As a Christmas Sales Associate, you will help spread joy and festive cheer during one of the busiest shopping seasons.

Your role will include:

  • Working as part of a team to create a memorable customer experience by building rapport and sharing product knowledge.
  • Being available to work 3 out of 4 key dates: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
  • Conducting sales, refunds, and exchanges, while assisting customers in finding suitable items or offering online services.
  • Maintaining the highest retail standards, from selling and replenishing stock to organizing displays and hosting customers.
  • Using customer feedback constructively to continually improve service and sales standards.
  • Managing stock, including unpacking deliveries and maintaining the stock room.
  • Adapting to daily challenges and working flexibly across different departments.
  • Staying informed about the latest trends and expanding your knowledge of products and competitors.
  • Following health, safety, and security procedures to help prevent stock loss.
  • Preparing for competency-based interviews, with support available at every stage of the hiring process.
