Mixxos is recruiting for an individual to join Mixxos's client within their customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer queries via telephone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service!

Key Responsibilities

• Answering all inbound telephone and email enquiries
• Onboarding new customers to ensure understanding of processes
• Accurately recording the details of each interaction
• Providing solutions and support to customer inquiries
