CHS Group is currently recruiting for part-time Customer Service Advisers. As a Customer Adviser, you will be the first point of contact for CHS Group's customers, delivering first-class service across various platforms including telephone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions. This role is vital in providing efficient support to CHS Group's Housing Management and Property Services Teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support as needed within the team.
Work Schedule:
Flexible hours will be agreed upon with successful candidates. Possible options include:
- 14 hours per week, working 7 hours per day for two days.
- 21 – 27 hours per week, with shifts available in the mornings, afternoons, or full days.
Salary Breakdown:
£10,701.48 per annum for 14 hours per week, and £16,052.22 - £20,638.57 for 21-27 hours per week.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Previous experience in an administrative and customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Proficient in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Confident negotiation skills with discretion and diplomacy.
