About The Role

LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare's expanding Patient Services team is seeking dedicated individuals to join LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare as Customer Services Advisors, providing exceptional service to LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare's patients. Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with shifts from 8am to 9pm (Mon-Fri) and Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficient Patient Support: Handle calls and email enquiries, process requests, and coordinate medication deliveries.
  • Enhanced Patient Experience: Provide clear information, proactive problem-solving, and advocacy to ensure a positive interaction.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and adhere to data protection laws.
  • Compliance Assurance: Uphold data protection standards in every interaction.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Build relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to facilitate service delivery.

Please note: Successful candidates will require a DBS check.
