The Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Booking customers in at reception
• Serving as a point of contact for customer inquiries
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Hosting individuals and parties
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the centre
• Preparing and serving food and drinks

You will be expected to work efficiently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a friendly demeanor. Exceptional customer service is at the heart of your role, requiring confidence when engaging with customers.

• Determination and enthusiasm
• A “nothing is too much trouble” attitude
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility around working patterns (evenings and weekends required)
