Role Overview

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will ensure customers have an outstanding experience, maintaining high standards of service, product availability, and hygiene. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving various products, including raw and cooked meats, and allergen-containing foods.
• Engaging with customers to provide friendly service.
• Stock merchandising and maintaining cleanliness in the store.

Skills and Experience

While training will be provided, experience in sales or retail is advantageous. Key skills include:

• Enthusiasm for customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
