Job Overview

Scotmid food’s aim is to be Scotland’s preferred community convenience retailer, and a key factor in achieving this is through Scotmid Food's people. As a Customer Service Assistant, your priority is to ensure Scotmid Food's customers have a great experience every time they visit the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly service and ensuring great product availability
• Maintaining first-class hygiene standards
• Preparing and serving various products including raw and cooked meat
• Engaging in stock merchandising and cleaning

Requirements

If you have enthusiasm, a passion for customer service, and excellent communication skills, Scotmid Food would love to hear from you. Training will be provided, but experience in a sales or retail environment would be an advantage, as would previous knowledge of food safety practices.
