As a customer service advisor, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on enhancing the patient journey. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking treatments for Vita Health Group's Physiotherapy or Mental Health services.
  • Providing phone-based customer service support.
  • Managing administrative tasks that support your calls.
  • Ensuring a smooth journey for Vita Health Group's patients from initial booking to discharge.

The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, while being part of a fantastic team of around 20 colleagues. Your shifts will typically fall between:

  • Monday to Friday: 8 am – 6:30 pm
  • Saturday: 8 am – 5 pm

Sample shifts include:

  • 8 am - 4 pm
  • 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
  • 10:30 am - 6:30 pm

You will only be required to work one Saturday a month with shifts from 8 am-12:30 pm or 12:30-5 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within a team to support clinical colleagues.
  • Handle a high volume of calls—up to 400 daily.
  • Address patient inquiries confidently and accurately.
  • Ensure data protection and security compliance.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Desirable:

  • 2+ years of office and administrative experience.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration.
