Dunelm is looking for Full Time Temporary Customer Service Advisors to support Dunelm on a 12-week fixed term contract.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently.
• Maintain high accuracy across all tasks.
• Engage in training and team huddles to improve skills.
• Be proactive in sharing customer feedback and insights.
• Adhere to Dunelm's policies and procedures.

Shift and Schedule

• Weekend availability required.
• Shifts between 8 am and 9 pm, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

You should have:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on multiple contact channels.
• A private workspace and reliable internet connection.

Training and Support

Dunelm offers comprehensive training and ongoing support from colleagues and management. You will receive three weeks of full training via Teams.
