Hyde Group - Customer Service Advisor

Location: London Bridge

Salary: £25,000

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

About the Role: Hyde is seeking a dedicated Customer Services Advisor to join The Hyde Group's Complaints team. As the first point of contact, you will assist customers with their concerns, ensuring effective resolutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via telephone and written communication.
  • Monitor and address customer issues swiftly, ensuring resolutions meet set timelines.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload with flexibility around priorities.
  • Communicate decisions clearly to resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Escalate cases as necessary to ensure prompt action.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Proven customer service experience, both verbal and written.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Team collaboration skills.
