What the day will look like:

  • Lead the Aon relationship for one of Aon’s largest global captive management appointments.
  • Identify service requirements and manage the client service team to ensure service meets agreed standards.
  • Deal with insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers as required.
  • Deliver best practice and strategic innovation.
  • Support the development and implementation of Aon’s own strategic objectives.
  • Actively seek out existing and new growth opportunities.
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the Captive insurance industry.
  • Instil a culture of teamwork, effective communications, and professionalism.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Be a client-focused professional with excellent communication and client leadership skills.
  • Be from either the insurance, actuarial, or accounting sectors.
  • Be professionally qualified; CII, ACII, or equivalent.
  • Have proven experience in proactively leading client engagements and associated projects.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
