  • Provide exceptional service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Support internal stakeholders to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Customer Service experience with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
  • Ability to constructively challenge processes and adapt to new situations.

Analyst Expectations:

  • Meet stakeholder needs through specialist advice.
  • Perform activities timely and to a high standard.
  • Manage workload and coordinate team resources if in a leadership role.
