• Able to manage their workload effectively
• Fluent in English is a plus

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing membership requests according to company policies
• Assisting members with payment and financial inquiries
• Being knowledgeable about club products and services to assist members
• Managing requests from various channels including email, phone, and chat
