  • Band 6 District Nurse by undertaking the District Nurse Qualification.
  • Chronic Condition Case Manager through disease-specific training.
  • Nurse Practitioners via a modular approach to clinical skills.

The successful applicants will have excellent communication skills to provide clinically effective care. The West Division of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board delivers services across Anglesey and Gwynedd, working with partners to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care, helping patients remain in their homes and communities. You must be able to travel between patients' homes in towns and rural areas in a timely manner. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of care, working unsociable hours, and having a flexible approach. Applicants must have:

  • Registered nurse or close to gaining PIN.
  • Knowledge of Primary Care.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional training.
