Post Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Inverness
Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £30,266 - £33,579 per annum
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.
Job Purpose: Administration and analysis of Complaints, FOI, Data Protection, and Ombudsman enquiries received by the Customer Resolution & Improvement Team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify Customer Care training and development issues.
- Assist with ongoing customer engagement and consultation work.
Requirements:
Significant and relevant experience of working within a frontline service.
