Contract Support Officer - part time

Location: Flexible - able to commute to Devizes & Andover

Salary: £15,959 per annum (£31,917 FTE)

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

You will advocate for creating a safety-first culture and oversee operational processes to assist in delivering Aster Group's Property Safety regimes.

Responsibilities:

• Support a “safety first” culture by collaborating with Contract Managers and the Head of Service.
• Coordinate and manage Property Safety servicing, maintenance, and works with internal teams and external contractors.
• Build effective relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, particularly external service providers.
• Deliver quality services and maintain high compliance performance standards.

About You:

• An understanding of Property Services/Safety or Asset Management related contracts.
• Awareness of KPIs and cost models.
• Ability to manipulate and interpret data, producing clear and accurate reports.
• Previous experience working with technical data is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, contractors, customers, and colleagues.

This is a hybrid role, allowing you to choose whether to work from home or the office. You will need to attend the office on average once a week, with office days likely in Devizes and Andover. Aster Group is happy to discuss a working pattern at the interview.
