Cafe Supervisor

Overview

Compass Group're currently recruiting a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Restaurant Associates on a part-time basis. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will maintain a high standard of quality work and have the chance to progress your career with a company that invests in its people.

Shift Patterns

Your shifts will be 4 out of 7 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly.
• Supervising a team to create a positive environment.
• Being a responsible key holder.
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and other necessary duties.
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines.
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct levels.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring the team is proactive.
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.
• Good communication skills focused on customer service.
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
