Children's Shoe Fitter

Overview

Susie & Sam have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated childrens shoe fitter to join Susie & Sam's Susie & Sam store in Bearsden. Start rite or Clarks experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Measuring, fitting & selling childrens footwear
• Providing follow-up checks and foot health advice
• Assisting with the store's day-to-day operations
• Key holder responsibilities
• Handling cash and other daily administrative tasks
• Ensuring customers receive excellent customer service
• Daily replenishments
• Managing stock adjustments
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store and back of house
• Resolving issues related to deliverables and customer concerns
• Involvement in social media and website maintenance

Qualifications

You will demonstrate:

• Good organization and strong administrative skills
• Good computer and social media skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative
• A passion for the brand and product
• At least two years of retail experience

Availability

Must be able to work on a Saturday and be flexible to cover school holidays, annual leave, and sickness.
