About the Job
As a part-time Customer Service & Train Dispatch team member at Torquay, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Sell a range of tickets and services.
- Ensure safe and punctual dispatch of trains.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming station environment.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Providing outstanding customer assistance.
- Maximizing sales opportunities at ticket offices.
- Carrying out maintenance of ticket machines.
- Ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

About the Location
Torquay Station has excellent transport links and is busy during holiday seasons. Own transport is essential due to shift timings.
Working Pattern
This role involves shift work on a rolling roster, including weekends and bank holidays.
