Cafe Team Leader

Overview

Job Summary

This is a full-time position available between Tuesday and Sunday, requiring 30-40 hours per week. Weekends are essential, as Love All Food operate from 8 am to 3 pm six days a week. A strong background in coffee-making is a must!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise cafe staff and coordinate daily activities
• Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
• Oversee table orders and table service
• Train and mentor new team members
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within Love All Food

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or kitchen environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team management
• Knowledge of food production processes is advantageous
• Experience in supervising and coordinating tasks within a team
• Barista background is a plus

You should be friendly, confident, and personable. Providing outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean and tidy environment is paramount. You will be the face of the business, and your appearance, attitude, and behavior should reflect high standards.
