Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks like washing, dressing, eating, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Assist in safe lifting, transferring, and repositioning of clients.
• Observe, record, and monitor clients' emotional and physical well-being and promptly report changes to management.
• Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.
