EDF is searching for a Programme Data & Digitalisation Manager to drive the digital future of EDF's Nuclear Island (NI) and Conventional Island & Balance of Plant (CI-BOP) programmes.

The Opportunity

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the future of nuclear power? As the Programme Data & Digitalisation Manager, you’ll be at the heart of EDF's digital strategy, working with senior leadership to define and execute a cutting-edge Digitalisation Plan.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving Digital Innovation: Lead the creation and implementation of EDF's Programme Digitalisation Plan, ensuring EDF deliver “digital by default” solutions across the project lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including UK Government, regulators, and top-tier suppliers, ensuring alignment with national infrastructure performance roadmaps.
  • Strategic Leadership: Act as the key interface between Programme Directors and EDF's PMO Data & Information Management team.
  • Reporting & Risk Management: Provide regular updates on progress, risks, opportunities, and resource gaps.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Ensure successful integration of digital strategies into every aspect of the Sizewell C programme.

What EDF’re Looking For:

  • Experience in Data & Information Project Management on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • A deep understanding of project lifecycle management.
  • Change management experience to support the transition to a digitally led future.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams.
