The Role
As a Dispatch Assistant, you'll ensure every order is accurate and timely. Working closely with Origin Coffee's Dispatch Coordinators and Managers, you’ll maintain seamless operations, requiring attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment: Prepare labels and accurately pick and pack online orders.
- Collaboration: Work efficiently within a small team led by the Dispatch Coordinator.
- Stock Management: Conduct daily stock checks and maintain accurate inventory.
- Problem Solving: Address stock issues and report operational concerns.

- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Adaptable and capable of solving problems effectively.
- Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication.
- Passion for customer satisfaction and quality.
Desirable
- Experience in speciality coffee.
