Digital Estate & Technology Team Leader

What you’ll be doing:
- You will be working within the Digital Estate & Technology team to identify innovative solutions to wider departmental needs and lead associated project(s) including testing, communications and training delivery.
- The role will involve you to drive and support the development and continuous improvement of existing software and toolsets.
- Working collaboratively across the IT Teams & broader Facilities management team to deliver analytics and data insights.
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Advanced knowledge and development of MS Access, MS SharePoint inc. SharePoint Intranet, Tableau.
- Experience of working with data / reporting.
- Leveraging and exploiting data for business value.
- Aptitude for exploring and learning new technology.
- Strong interest in data and analytics.
Desirable:
- Degree or HNC/D qualified in Construction or Building Services, however other disciplines and experience within the Built Environment are welcome.

The team is responsible for looking after the digital records of the facilities and estates for the Company and the implementation of innovative technology within the built environment.
